What is DirecteamAccess Role?​

We use DirecteamAccess to grant our engineers access to your accounts so they can assist with infrastructure implementations and hands-on tasks.

  • The role’s trust relationship allows access only for Directeam's account - 589933236526.
  • The role session duration is configured for 12H.
  • Assuming the role is allowed only by users authenticated with MFA.

Each account where we are supposed to perform professional services should have this role configured.

How to create DirecteamAccess role?​

Login to the designated account and create our CloudFormation stack by clicking this link. Check the acknowledgment checkbox at the end of the page and click "Create stack".
Once you deployed the stack on your accounts, email us the account IDs you configured.
