How can I add a user to the Anodot cost platform?​

At the moment we are managing users to the platform so if you would like to give access to someone feel free to send us a message and we’ll get straight to it!

Where can I see credits that have been used?​

In the cost and usage explorer you can view your credit usage by adding “Credit” in the Cost Type filter -

I’m trying to filter my costs by AWS tags but can’t seem to find my specific tag​

Answer
To filter cost by AWS tags we need to enable the tag on our end, we have already enabled a wide range of generic tags but if you have a specific tag that you would like to filter by that isn’t already enabled feel free to contact us. (Keep in mind that it may take around 24 hours for them to appear on the platform and once your tag has been enabled it will only show on future costs and not retroactively on past costs)
